FAQ

Here We Are Answering Some Frequently Asked Questions from Pet Community

The fare is calculated based on the Base Rate, Peak Hours (Traffic), and Distance (in KM).

You can book a ride through the JoJo Pets app.

You can make a booking 30 to 60 minutes before the desired appointment time through the JoJo Pets app.

Currently, we operate in the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru regions.

You can top up your JoJo Wallet using FPX, Grab Pay, Boost, and TnG.

Our taxi ride start from 10 AM to 9 PM.

We allow a maximum of 2 passengers (subject to car type and number of pets) in the driver's car.

All drivers have (1) large cage only available in their cars.

For the safety of the pets and to prevent issues like vomiting, food poisoning, or allergies, drivers do not provide food or treats for the pets.

Pets should be in carriers or crates to minimise the risk of accidents or injuries during travel. Large pets may require leashes or harnesses if they are aggressive. Please provide accurate information about the pet's behaviour, any special needs, or instructions when ordering a ride through the JoJo Pets app.
