The key role of HR is like the root of a tree: you gather, plan and execute training resources to maintain a healthy learning culture in the organization. You are also responsible for recording team performance and feedback, and ensuring that employees are aware of company policies. Communication and understanding of company policies play a big role in HR. You will also need to plan and develop the talent sourcing department.
Responsibilities
1. Organize and formulate the annual training plan for staff of various positions and implement it.
2. According to the company s strategic needs, design and implement the training program according to the position requirements.
3. Carry out post analysis and evaluation, organize the preparation of post responsibility description.
4. Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
5. Maintain HR policies that comply with labor regulations.
6. Review and manage the company’s training budget.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Other ad-hoc HR requirements may be determined by the Company from time to time.
