Beginner Training

A major focus of this course is on animal behavior, pet safety management, and how to assess the physical and emotional state of a pet, as well as how to get a dog into the car.
Note: All first-time applicants will be required to attend the beginner training course before accepting orders and becoming members. The internal team will shortlist the best candidates for the position of pet driver.
Beginner Training

A major focus of this course is on animal behavior, pet safety management, and how to assess the physical and emotional state of a pet, as well as how to get a dog into the car.

Intermediate Training

This course covers the proper lifting techniques for small, medium, and large dogs, injured dogs, and pregnant dogs. It involves transferring a dog with hands or a carrier mat without causing any discomfort or injury.
Note: Drivers who have completed more than 10 trips will be eligible for intermediate training. This is to ensure that the drivers are already familiar with handling pets during travel, which also means they will have a better understanding of the work at this stage.

Advanced Training

As part of the final course, all drivers will receive training on first aid for pets, including how to handle injured pets, how to stop bleeding, bandage fractures, and how to use antibiotic spray, etc.
Note: All participants will receive a certificate of completion and a first aid kit after completing Advance Training.
It is important to note that we are not medical professionals, and we only provide first aid to pets, therefore we will not be liable for any losses or damages of any pet owner that may occur as a result of unforseen circumstances. It is the sole responsibility of pet owners to accompany their pets during trips while using the service.
